Merrill Lynch Names New Head For Australian Operations

The new head will be responsible for building a market-leading operation in Australia
Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed Craig Drummond as head of its Australian operations – reported Reuters. He was with Goldman Sachs JBWere for 23 years, most recently as executive chairman and Co chief executive officer.
In an internal memo, Brian Brille, president, Asia Pacific at Merrill Lynch, said that Mr. Drummond will replace Paul Masi as country executive, effective early October.
Mr. Brille added: "Craig will be responsible for building a market-leading operation in Australia, overseeing the strategy and direction, and working across all the businesses to implement integrated, client-focused solutions," reported the news agency.
